SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

Machine Operators will be assigned to a variety of production duties. They will be both detail
oriented and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Wage increases start after just 90
days.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. High school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
2. 0-1 Years of experience preferred.
3. Must be 18 years of age.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an
employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

1. This job is in a fast-paced environment and will require you to be physically active.
2. Lift up to 50 lbs. – bending, carrying, pushing, pulling and other activities as needed.
3. Stand and walk on concrete for long periods of time.
4. Work in cold and/or hot temperatures throughout the day.
5. Work different ranges of hours such as overtime or weekend shifts; hours for this position
   may change based on production schedule.
6. Operate machine safely with minimal supervision.
7. Communicate and problem-solve with coworkers.
8. Relay information to and from all employee levels, including management.
9. Perform basic math and obtain necessary production specifications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Machine Operators will perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures
and manufacturing guidelines including but not limited to:

1. Responsible for the operation of manufacturing equipment with simple functions.
2. Setting up and pre-running equipment to ensure proper production startup.
3. Controlling of line speeds, batch formula, production rates, starting and stopping
   equipment, and overall product elegance and safety.
4. Completing various quality checks.
5. The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, including but not limited to:
   – Bump Cap
   – Safety Glasses/Goggles
   – Ear Plugs
   – Hair and Beard Nets
   – Gloves
   – Safety Shoes or Rubber Boots
6. Completing all required paperwork (i.e., downtime, HACCP, etc.).
7. Utilizing SAP, SOPs, Safety Operation/Trainings as appropriate.
8. Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with Company Mission, Vision, Values.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
